Jiro Dreams of Sushi

This movie was pretty interesting to watch a chef in action. I also thought it was very inspirational to basically follow your dreams in whatever they may be. If you dream about sushi, well then go make sushi for a living! Haha.. I really liked this movie in the sense that a lot of quotes were also very inspirational and understandable to anyone with a dream. Jiro was absolutely amazing at making the food look very presentable and delicious as well. I have never actually ate sushi, but man doesn't it always look amazingly presentable and clean cut!! One day I would love to hopefully get out of my comfort zone and try real sushi. I also liked the way the restaurant was handed down to Jiro's son. Everyone kinda knew that the sushi would never taste as good, but it was the point in how the restaurant was being handed down to generations that made it worth their wild. I think my favorite part was watching how well put together the sushi really was though. I feel like really delicate hands would have to care for sushi to make it look that presentable. Maybe it is easier than it looks, but I could be wrong!
