Charlie and The Chocolate Factory

Charlie and The Chocolate factory is definitely second best to the original movie Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory. I think that the old one is better because it is a general classic. I really enjoy the second one with Johnny Depp, though. Not because I think he is hot, I actually do not have any attraction to him.... sorry girls... but I think that he does a great acting job and the oompa loompas are pretty hilarious in this new one just like the old movie. These movies always make me hungry for a chocolate bar, but then I freak out thinking that I do not ever want to be like Augustus Gloop. xD.... That poor child. I also liked how they kinda mixed things up with Varuca Salt and her goose to squirrels as well as Charlie not doing anything wrong. I think the best twist this new movie had was the fact that Willy Wonka was much younger and just realizing he was getting old..... so they showed his background story and that is what truly made this movie very interesting. I personally enjoy both movies very much. I watch them both probably once a year and never get tired of them. It gives out the theme that no matter how you have been raised, anything is possible.
